Hes part of the reason the nfl changed the rules. Oddly enuff the Browns player that said that was josh cribbs and he was knocked out by harrison but they was teamates at kent. Other Browns players said harrison should get the max penelty. So yes hes known for cheap shots just ask muhumed masaquoy.
