I don't know what he is thinking? The NFL players have not gotten a better attitude since he was coaching the Jets and Pats. If anything they believe that they are even more entitled plus the Seattle franchise has not been great. You are not going to get better players by going and sweet talking grandma.
You are not going to get away from a Mike Garrett situation by going to a team where the owner is ultimately pulling strings and the plug.

Gee, I am the starting quarterback and the coach wants to pull me, if I am a competitor, of course I don't want to be pulled. I am amazed at how these writers try to make something out of nothing.

You don't really mean that. Sponsers sign for a certain amount based upon the number of viewers. The PGA is in a much weaker negotiating position with Woods gone.

It kind of shows the type of personnel ND really is interested in. Next they will hit the same recruiting rounds as the Fl schools, juvi halls, internet Junior Colleges, etc but who cares how we get there it is all about winning. No class on either Kelly's or ND's part. I am also tired of hearing the "we will lose out on recruiting" excuse. This process takes place over years not weeks.

What does it say about a coach who jumps just before his school and his recruits go to a bowl game. I would like to see the integrity of a man who says I will talk to you after the whole season. If he is really good, the jobs will still be waiting.

This comment from a man whose claim to be a genius was aided by the cheating that the Pats were doing while he was there and he never said a word. I hope that the rest of the coaching fraternity sees him for what he is and remembers what he might say about them.
