Houston just makes the most sense. Solid young nucleus that he'd fit perfectly in to. Exciting fast paced team that will surround him with good shooters as well. And he'd be the face of that franchise with Harden his excellent 1A option.

Of course...NBA players aren't motivated by what makes sense or what would likely be the best basketball option. On the contrary...DH12 will follow the money, stay in LA and eventually fall off as that team is way past it's glory days.
Posted Tuesday April 02, 2013, About: Welcome to the NBA's snoozefest
Playoff races? Playoff positioning?

Knicks, Pacers, Nets, Bulls, Hawks, Celtics, Bucks, Griz, Clips, Spurs, Thunder, Nuggets...and I'm sure more that I'm not even thinking of are all playing for the best possible spot in the playoffs.

Those games are...boring? Smh these notions are the problem with sports today. People can't appreciate the different aspects of the game.
Posted Tuesday August 21, 2012, About: Van Gundy can see Rose bolting Chicago
It should be noted that there are different generations of superstars. The Kobe, AI, Vince Carter, T-Mac era had a bunch of guys who were ball hogs and aside from Kobe not really winner just flashy superstars. They mainly changed teams because of mutual decisions as opposed to them forcing their way out of their situations.

The D12, LBJ, D-Wade, Melo era are filled with unfortunately selfish stars who really are looking out for themselves and don't read much into loyalty to a franchise (though some may argue against that if the players that have changed teams remain loyal to their new franchises). These players can be winners but are taking full advantage of free agency.

There is also a newer era of basketball that might buck the trend and bring back loyalty. Rose has made it very clear he is a Bull for life and is interested in representing the city that made him. Kevin Durant, a player who is also in more of the Derrick Rose era, has also proven that loyalty to a franchise and building something with what you have rather than chasing championships elsewhere can prove to be the trend of the future.

I hope that what we witnessed from 2010-2012 was a unique time in basketball history. The league went through an overhaul. Whether or not that is a good or bad thing is up for debate. While I do love seeing true loyalty (only players in our lifetime to truly do that: Kobe and Duncan) no one can deny that this is one of the most exciting times in NBA history since the 90s. Hopefully the dust has settled and teams are set. I'm done seeing major changes and "sources said" rumors swirling about discussing the next destination for the next major superstar. I think we will see stability for the next few years, and I hope that will develop into the next trend of the NBA.

Really hoping this guy can't make an NBA roster. He does not deserve the privilege of playing the in the league. I'm saying that as a Knicks fan
Posted Thursday July 12, 2012, About: Linsanity: Point guard irked by Knicks treatment
Did anyone see Lin's most recent tweet? All of these "sources" claiming he is "irked" are completely bogus. This is a classic example of the media selling headlines as opposed to publishing the truth. Maybe Lin was a little displeased but this story is WAY overblown. If you aren't already following Lin on Twitter go at least look at his timeline to see him take a stab at the journalist who are printing false/exaggerated information. Sick of seeing this story everywhere.Did anyone see Lin's most recent tweet? All of these "sources" claiming he is "irked" are completely bogus. Posted Monday July 12, 2010, About: Paul pitching another Big Three with 'Melo in NYC?
this would be great for the nba. restoring the knicks vs the heat rivalry. the league is craving a good rivalry and it brings power back over to the east where most of the fans are in the first place. this will generate a ton of money.

also...the front running heat fans don't deserve that trio. hopefully paul and anthony will restore justice in basketball and give true loyal fans what they deserve!!!

lets go knicks!!!
