Posted Friday July 15, 2011, About: Pirates may actually be buyers this time
I'll believe it when I see it.
Posted Wednesday February 09, 2011, About: Ward feeling overlooked on critical drives
I'm not sure if going to Hines was the answer, but the play calling and clock management on that "drive" were awful.
Posted Wednesday February 09, 2011, About: Cards after Steelers assistants, may get one
They want the secondary coach? Gee, it seems like the DB's were the weakest link on that team. I'm not sure he's the answer.
Posted Wednesday December 08, 2010, About: Air Force coach Denver's leading candidate?
Urban Meyer= next coach of Denver Broncos
Posted Friday September 17, 2010, About: Cuban sees no threat in Lakers
Are owners subject to random drug tests?
Posted Wednesday September 01, 2010, About: Mayfield-NASCAR case likely to continue into next year
Why bother? It's not like he will qualify for any races even if he "wins" the lawsuit. Oh, that's right - he wants money for lost winnings. NASCAR ought to write him a check for 10 grand and be done with it. That's about all he would get.
Posted Wednesday September 01, 2010, About: Leinart has lost Cards' locker room
If they have no choice but to go with Derek Anderson, they need to start scouting QB's in college because they will need to pick one with the high draft pick they'll have next year.
Posted Wednesday September 01, 2010, About: Favre getting his eyes checked
Is he getting checked for color blindness? He can use that as an excuse for all those INTs.
Posted Monday August 23, 2010, About: Impressive rookie LB on the bubble in Pittsburgh
This is why the Steelers should have traded a lot of their picks this year to either stockpile for a year or two down the road or to trade up and get a top-tier O-lineman in the draft. They brought in veterans to fill up LB (Foote) and WR (Randle-El, Battle) spots, and then ended up drafting players that may not even make the team. I'm not saying the players they already have are going to be better long-term, but it looks like they are in "win now" mode and these young guys are going to end up somewhere else.
Posted Friday August 13, 2010, About: Former Harper teammate believes he'll sign
If he was smart, he'd sign. The Pirates will have the #1 pick next year, and they won't even pick him because he'll be too expensive. Then he won't have the leverage of a #1 pick.
Posted Friday August 13, 2010, About: Big Ben turning on hometown?
I wonder if he misspelled "Cory" on purpose, or if he thought he spelled it correctly?
Posted Tuesday August 10, 2010, About: Bradford on accelerated timetable?
Shouldn't they see him play against a defense other than their own before they decide if he can play? Every quarterback they played last year looked great against them.

I'm sure D-Wade's wife told her how great it worked out for her...
Posted Thursday August 05, 2010, About: Does a Revis holdout make AFC East teams better?
"Does a Revis holdout make AFC East teams better?" - not the one in NY obviously.
Posted Thursday August 05, 2010, About: Martz on Cutler: 'Nothing to work on'
Comparing Jay Cutler to Kurt Warner??? What - did Cutler bag groceries this offseason?
Posted Thursday August 05, 2010, About: Sanchez becoming 'unquestioned team leader'
It's good to see he is willing to take ownership for his mistakes - there will be a lot of them...
Posted Friday July 30, 2010, About: Why Strasburg may be shut down in 2011
All this babying will just serve to keep his arm fresh for his NEXT contract, which most likely won't be with the Nationals anyway...
