Revis is an exceptional corner and the second-best in the league behind Asomugha, if you ask me. He did a very good job one-on-one on Moss two days ago, which is a very difficult thing to do. He's young too, twenty-five, I believe. I would love to have him.
As for Ryan, I think every other comment has pretty much summed it up. Suck it up and shut your mouth, Rex.
Why would he run it? On the previous drive they ran a number of draws in a row, and all of them were shut down no more than two yards past the line of scrimmage. He also has one of the best quarterbacks in the league and arguably the best third down wide receiver in the league. All of that adds up to passing it when it matters most.
He cost the Patriots one regular season (and it isn't even a guarantee that we would have won either way) and it's as bad as "anything the Red Sox ever did"? You mean including Grady Little leaving a gassed Pedro in the game to blow the ALCS to the Yankees?
This man has brought us an undefeated regular season and, even better, three Super Bowl rings. I'm sure I'll "somehow" find it in my heart to forgive him for blowing such an "important" game.
This is a joke.
It was a great, clean hit.
I doubt that if it was any other team besides the Red Sox, EXCEPT FOR another team that you dislike simply because they are a better team than yours (unless you're a Yankees fan, in which case you just hate the Sox).
I would like to start this off by saying; "red sux"??? Really? How immature are you? Saying "red sux" isn't clever, nor funny.
Also, because an ump missed two calls means they were paid by the Red Sox? Like this is the only time an umpire has ever made a mistake? I doubt that if it was any other team besides the Red Sox, or perhaps another team that you dislike simply because they are a better team than yours (unless you're a Yankees fan, in which case you just hate the Sox).
Because an umpire missed these calls means the Red Sox are cheating? Are you kidding me? Humans make mistakes, that's the bottom line. That's life. Deal with it. Some of these mistakes will go your way, some won't. Life goes on.
I am not saying that these two calls were not strikes. I didn't see the checked swing play, but I did see the called strike and I, as most of you do, believe that it was a strike. The umpire missed it. In no way does that mean the Red Sox are cheating, however.
Sounds like something was taken out of context to me...
