Unless the name is Phil Jackson, PJ can stay right where he is. The team responded when he replaced Avery Johnson and it isn't his fault they have a lot of high paid, dead weight on the team. The coach isn't the problem, it's the supporting cast.

Long time Devils fan, they are cheap but they used to pay their defense. Now, they don't even pay those guys and they lost all of the good ones. Guys like Rafalski and Niedermeyer(now retired) never should have been allowed to leave but Lou thinks he can work his magic every year. Plus, they always let offensive talent go. If I were Marty, I would hang it up. This team isn't winning anything in the near future.

As a longtime Nets fan (RIP Petro), this product is much better than our ~10 win a season product. They aren't close to making the Finals again like they did in back-to-back years under Lawrence Frank but I would prefer today's Nets over having Vince Carter chucking up 3 pointers. I'd still take these Nets over any form of Nets team with Dwight Howard on it. Yes, they are in salary cap hell with those contracts but they are still productive players, mostly.
