Everyone works with the same salary cap... he can only make a certain $ figure. This isn't baseball with no cap or basketball with different marketing opportunities in a big city....

Sidney Crosby was 88th in the league in ice time per game in the playoffs. That is completely unacceptable.

Since all great players contribute anyway that they can, I'm sure that Wayne played a lot of PK time back in Edmonton, right!?!?!?

Besides, this wasn't top of the fold, breaking news on TSN or The Hockey News... it was the blurb in an article about the Pens training camp. The hockey writers have to have something to talk about!
