what a joke headline... the hitting woes of any HITTING rookies...which is not at all mentioned in the title..is more then offset by the awesome pitching but forth by the pitchers...pineda, drabek, britton...

lame thread

yeah the random hate for toronto is a little weird but whatever...this isnt the nba i think baseball players are cool for the most part with coming and staying in toronto.

i live here..love it here..to each their own.

the guy is a player and he's gunna have a nice year...maybe not 54 HR's and a 1.000OPS but the guy can rake.

i wonder what kind of dollars he wants but from what i understand they havn't even engaged his agent about a long term deal which is kind of baffling.

id love to have this guy as an owner. as a jays fan, our ownership is run by a mega corporation who is only interested in turning a profit, with winning being a secondary consequence. this guy seems to have a genuine passion for the mavs and has done nothing but win (albeit not a championship) in dallas. Anyone remember the state of that franchise before he got there?

he's a great owner and it would be one of the best things to ever happen to the mets if he was able to gain a controlling stake with them.

Yeah i do think he'll have another big year. 50+ home runs? Probably not...but put this guy down for 28-35 homeruns with 40+ doubles and a .260 average. the guy can flat out his anyone who watched this team day in and day out last year knows that.

dude is a stud.

yeah he's decided....decided to stay in cleveland. if what steven a. smith is saying about cb4 is true about him wanting max money above anything else when other guys are willing to take a slight cut in pay to play together it speaks volumes about the guys character. I JUST WANNA WIN he says... sure bud.

peace out toronto is better off in the long run without you.
