During the baseball season, a manager takes out a starting pitcher that doesn't "have it" any more in just about every game. Koufax, Seaver, Gibson, all got yanked. Shanahan tried to throw it back on RGIII but what professional player is going to admit he doesn't have it any more? Shanahan's a whimp, plain and simple. Get some testosterone!

Set aside distaste for Tiger to cheer for the USA? My mind is fuzzy but maybe I recall the many quotes from Tiger on how badly he wanted to play in the Ryder Cup so badly so he could represent the US of A. Or was it for his pride, reputation and to keep his string going so he could break the record of Ryder Cup appearances?

I don't think the team would have it in for him as they want to make the best of what they have. Gonzales said that the Colts asked him to come back and compete for a job and he did. It appears that he thinks he's ready and better than the Colts think he is. I feel for the guy as it appears that injuries have taken their toll early in his carrer.
