"I want to be just like Daddy. I want to cheat on my wife and bang other women. I want to lie to my kids and to all the fans who have paid millions for my jerseys and autographs."
I agree with everybody else. WHO CARES about his personal life. It would be a perfect ending if his career starts to flame out beginning this year. I used to like him as a player but most good players now'a'days transform into ego maniacs and assume they are above the rest of the human population. I hope the wife milks him for years to come.
Roger is screwed and he deserves every bit of it.
The flip side is this. He IS respected on the coaching level. I think he is better suited to take on a younger, non-elite NBA team. But that's not going to happen at this stage in his life. Every coach wants a one last bit of glory before walking away.
Pitino would want more than just the coaching title and Cuban would balk at that. Cuban's ego would clash with Pitino's in no time. I was born and raised in Kentucky and witnessed what Pitiono did with NOTHING at Kentucky. But I have to agree it wouldnt work with the Mavs. He should stay in Louisville where is pretty much a god and making an NBA coach's salary.
