I'll tell you though, a good fit would be Carolina, and might be worth the risk. Smith is getting up there, and Cam to Wallace could be a powerful combo for a long time to come.

The only teams where it would make sense to make an offer to a restricted free agent are those picking towards the bottom of the third round. When you consider the contract Wallace wants, it wouldn't make good football sense to give up a lot of cash plus a top 15-20 pick to get him.
