Although I like the idea of games out side the US and I'm sure the league does after they sold 40,000 seats in 90 minutes today. I think the 17 Game Regular Season idea is a plausible way to take care of this, but there would have to be some kind of guarantee the game over seas is before/after a bye week, most likely before.

Also playing the Super Bowl outside the United States is UnAmerican and should be avoided at all costs. Its our game, its our event, the rest of the world can sit back and watch while we have our day in the sun.
