Actually, you're the one who needs to check your facts. The SEC is not the toughest football conference in the country...maybe last year, but this is 2008.

This year, of the six BCS conferences, the SEC had the worst record in games against teams from other BCS conferences. The ACC was by far the best:

ACC - 15-8 (6-4 against the SEC)
Big East - 8-8
Big 12 - 6-7
Big Ten - 6-7
Pac-10 - 6-8
SEC - 6-9

Two great teams...not much else.

In the last two regular seasons, the ACC has 14 ROAD wins against other BCS conference teams. Over the same period, the SEC has 13 TOTAL wins against other BCS conference teams.

Notre Dame sucks and they will continue to suck. Their O line sucks and their DBs suck. They will not do well this year. Write stupid stories about them AFTER they win a bowl game...hasn't happened this decade

NOBODY CARES! THEY SUCK! They haven't won a bowl game in over a DECADE.

I take that back, I do care, I can't wait to watch them every saturday losing to great teams like Navy, let the good times roll!

I'm sorry, did I just read a Michigan fan calling Penn State overrated? mgoblue3829...go buy a mirror. Win a bowl game and beat Ohio State before you go throwing words like "overrated" around. Ranked pre-season #5, losing to a I-AA team, blown out by Oregon, struggle with Northwestern, and you not only show your face in public afterwards but have the gall to talk smack about some other team being over rated...for shame. Next thing you know there will be some 0-5 ND homer on here talking smack...
