Hey E Nasty...so what if Gruden won with Dungy's players? Dungy couldn't. The team was regressing under dungy. 1999 they were 11-5, 2000 they were 10-6, 2001 they were 9-7. Then in 2002, Gruden's first year they were 12-4. Who did the Bucs beat in the Super Bowl, oh yeah, the Raiders, a team that Gruden put together so he knows talent.
Another thing....there were 5 new starters on offense, so their were 45% new offensive players. If dungy is so great he should have won 5 super bowls with manning, but just like when he was with the Bucs he chokes under pressure most of the time.

Loki 124....get all the facts straight. Gruden may have won with dungy's team....but that is ok as dungy couldn't win with dungy's team. Bucs were regressing his last three years, went 11 - 5, then 10 - 6, then 9 - 7.
If you look at the rosters, Gruden installed five new starters on offense his first year so he actually won with his offense and dungy's defense.
One other thing, who did the Bucs beat in the playoffs? Oh yeah, Oakland, the team that Gruden built.
Dungy is a very good man, I agree with that, but he gets WAY TOO MUCH credit.

I still can believe how the referees missed that field goal and then gave up that long touchdown pass against the pitiful dolphins. Darn referees and their conspiracy!!!
