Tis truly impressive, but I'm certain that the USC Trojans will gladly keep their winning of the last four NCAA men's tennis championships, which now amount to TWENTY in all.
Doubt that Pitt and Cuse hoopsters are gonna happy about switching conference BBall tournament from Madison Squae Garden to whatever God-forsaken place the ACC tournament is held.
EWO, now don't go and get upset at me, but I posted on another thread, that I seem to recall when Bowden got canned that you were expressing sentiments that he shoulda been able to stay until he decided it was time to go....with the success that Fisher is having so quickly, do you still feel that way about Bowden?
if it were against an AQ qualifying team I wouldn't have as much a problem with it (but would still have a bit of problem), but I also understand where you are coming from....
BTW, which conference do you think will pick them up if Pitt and the 'Cuse bolt for the ACC? How ironic that this story about Pitt and Cuse breaks on the day that Dave Gavitt, the guy that pretty much founded the Big East and quickly turned it into a hoops power, takes his last breath on Earth
Never said it did...maybe I'm wrong, but it seemed like you were insinuating that by playing BBall in the Big East they were taking a step down in competition....but I coulda been wrong....
Serious question....why is it that nobody can make the slightest criticism of Ohio State without being called a 'Buckeye Hater'....are all of you guys really that insecure?
But just last week, there was a thread on Truth & Rumors about how Dez Bryant was doing his best to arrive at practice on time (apparently he has been late quite a few times)....Seems it DOES matter who you are
I haven't looked at the article (but I will) but it just sounds like rationalization

Most scientists believe the Earth is 4.5 billion years old.
