Miami built themselves by playing anyone and taking a loss here and there in the 80s. Florida seems to think that the SEC is challenge enough.
Sad for us, the fans.
I haven't seen Miami disgracing any team in years, except for the fight with FIU, who is also a cross town rival.
You may not like Miami, but the NFL sure does. Look how many UM players are playing in the league, and are also pro-bowlers at least once in their careers. You can't say that about the Irish since the early 90's.
As for the story, both programs are big time with lots of TV time and such and good educational opportunities.
But I don't see the upside for winning as great with the golden domers as I do with Miami.
As for the money issue. Lebron doesn't need anymore money. His sponser deals are huge as will his next contract be whereever he goes. Let's face it, he WILL get the max out deal. Lebron isn't Shaq and will not be able to do the movies [if you want to call them movies] but his star power can only fall from where it is now.
As for Campbell, there's always the annual Raiders starting job open. Oh wait, no there isn't. Uncle Al thinks, no KNOWS, that Jabust Russell is the starter.
On the serious note, Campbell has some skills but does need to get the heck outta Washington. Teams like the Rams, Chiefs, and Bills may be a spot for him.
I don't know the evidence other than what's been 'reported' but I've read too much that shows this woman is most likely digging for the pot of gold.
If Williams wants balls to be thrown his way more, then get open more and catch them.
The hot hand gets the plays [take that any way you want to].
The Giants built some wins against the bottom feeders and now they're just an average football team.
Tough luck G-men, just the way it goes.
Nope, it's The Best of Times.
Nice flick, I liked it when they handed him the keys..
Now she wants to use the art money for a new kitchen... lucky me.
Ginn needs to understand something: Great ballers don't need outside motivation, it comes from within.
Brett should be out wearing his costume: Benedict Arnold with the correct spelling on the back "Farve".
As for the topic: Jets-Dolphins rivarly doesn't need any hype. It's one of the bitterest rivalry's in sports. Good stuff, can't wait to watch the game.
Take a good look at football. The best teams make their players better.
Russell has had plenty of time to showcase his 'skills' and learn, but he can't even get the fundamentals like footwork, pocket pressence, simple route throwing ect...
What a waste. The NFL needs a rookie salary cap to stop this absurd over-spending for players that havn't proven they even belong on the field with the pros.
Quinn would be an upgrade for the Raiders. Shoot, even Babe Laufenberg would be an upgrade.
