As long as Big Bill Belichek has a job screw the rest of em. The more coaches you have the more the head coach has to coach the coaches Eliminate them and its all in one guys lap.One man responsible for one team. This works unless you have a coach like Wade Phillips os Bill Parcells. We know he needs a defensive coordinater like Belichek or he wins nothing except the salary cap screw-up championship then says he needs a new challenge. He'll get you to the play-offs then you'll be broke he'll make up something about the owner then start all over again for some other sucker then do it all over again
