And FSU has been tearing it up over the past ten years. Gotcha.

Sorry, the first post was posted in error, but I think the message is pretty consistent.

Okay, so one FSU fan is talking about not living in the past and another is talking about can't just look at the last 10 years. Typical.

Miami WILL be back to the dominant teams we all recalled. The problem in Coral Gables has been the failed leadership and bringing in two coaches (Coker and Shannon) without any plan or who had ever proved themselves. Golden is already getting the guys like Howard and Johnson staying in South Florida is has finally trimmed Shannon's players that were lazy and didn't want to put in the work to be a true Cane (Miller and Vernon).

We WILL be back and the college football world won't be able to do anything about it. In Golden we trust. GO CANES!

Okay, so one FSU fan talks about Miami living in the past and another talking about a program is much more than what it's done in the past 10 years. Typical.

Miami WILL be back to the dominant, U style of football soon enough. In Golden we trust!

HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT TO BET THAT BRAUN'S NUMBERS DON'T DROP OFF THIS YEAR?
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
Well I see your method of thought. Let's ignore all the matters that impact the end result and lets focus on one thing. Big picture little boy, big picture.
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
Okay, so you can't name anyone and that means you have common sense. You're an idiot and senseless. Braun is still the MVP and will continue to produce Hall of Fame numbers and all the while, doing it clean.
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
Uh, not according to a story regarding his grand jury testimony. Landis has all but admitted his guilt. Braun's case is very different and no one has yet to provide an example similar to Braun's. There is a first for everything people and theres a GREAT chance that Braun is the victim that he has proclaimed to be all along.
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
But Braun doesn't qualify it with "knowingly". He has come out and said plain and simply, "this stuff has never entered my body" and the results are "B.S.". Braun has and continues to fight this like no one else has ever done. Why not zip it and play? Braun continues to fight the allegation. Any takers on Braun's numbers not suffering this year? Even with Fielder gone, he'll continue to produce along the lines of his career averages, cleanly like every year prior.
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
Can someone name one person who has ever "tested" positive and afterwards still proclaimed his innocence like Braun? Serious question.

I remember Ortiz saying he was confussed and not sure how it got into his body to others just admitting to it like Giambi. No one has every denied the findings to the best of my recall. This in my mind only strengthens Braun's agruement.
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
HE'S CHALLENGED THE ENTIRE PROCESS INCLUDING THE TEST NOT BELONGING TO HIM! Question answered yet?
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
This could've been Bonds, Moss, T.O., McGwire, Canseco, anyone...... Nobody wanted to believe the McGwire/Sosa thing, but evidence and their own admissions confirmed it. With Braun, he has denied it, calling it B.S., from the start and throughout the process. You have predetermined guilt in this matter. There is no other reasoning since you are unwilling to at least ask the questions about some of the numerous discrepencies that have arisen in this mess. If you were a juror at a trial, you'd be dismissed. I root for Braun, but I am willing and was critical when and as this story developed. Am I glad that it was overturned? Yes, but I would not have just given him a free pass if I felt it was as open and shut as what most are trying to paint this as.
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
Yes I do. That is why the MLBPA had to step up and say they would not allow it because of the precident it would set. NOBODY has pushed or challenged this process like Braun has to date. He is innocent in my opinion.
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
Different situation completely. Nobody had a positive test on Palmero at the time of his statement. With Braun, there is a test and record for everything that has or will follow. Braun making the statement in his press release is a thousand times different from Palmero. If Braun had said anything not stated in fact in his statement, do you think MLB would've just set back and not addressed it with as agressive as they've been in this matter so far?
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
He did! That's the point. When he learned of the test result, he challenged it immediately and offered a DNA sample to contest it. MLB DECLINED! The MLBPA didn't get involved until much later even though MLB never was open to Braun giving the DNA sample at any point in the process. Again, out for anyone to challenge it and yet nothing from MLB to discredit that information.
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
Have you watched the 12 minute press conference video when Braun released his statement? He does challenge if the sample was his.
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
So you'll point to the fact that MLB "might" look into pushing the matter in a legal battle, but if Braun's team mentions it, it is lawyering 101?
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
This is where my frustration kicks in. Everyone on this board keeps going back to "why didn't he challenge the test results". He did not challenge the test results because he doesn't believe the sample was his in the first place! Why challenge something that doesn't belong to you?
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
He did. He said the same didn't belong to him, so why challenge the result?
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
if not outright innocence.
Posted Sunday February 26, 2012, About: Does MLB still think Braun's a cheater?
No MLB hasn't and isn't because they know the potholes that are now apart of their testing procedures. Again, I have read several stories and there was even a segment on ESPN's Mike and Mike that referenced the fact that Braun's team was looking into filing a suit to make the entire process out in the open and further explain the errors in this senario. I guess we all believe what we believe, but if I were Braun, there's enough out there to far exceed reasonable doubt.
