this isnt news because this already confirms what we all suspected. but no matter how much conspiring with refs and league officials goes on. the players still have to play and make their shots. if the refs are calling phantom fouls, player x still has to make some clutch free throws.

great players make for bad coaches and gms. some have problems telling others they are great after a career of everyone saying that to them. then there are those who think the game was easy for them, why cant these guys play that way?

baseball writers have too much power. they have a holier than thou attitude and expect players to bow at their feet. if they dont, they are subsequntly trashed in the papers for being a "malcontent, "or "locker room cancer " when it is the furthest from the truth. (see barry bonds, curt schilling, jim rice etc)
