Its crazy to me how 1 year can make everyone forget what this man has done for the city of DC and the Wizards in his 5 years here. Much like how everyone wrote off Dwayne Wade after his injury and now he's having the best season of his career. Farweather fans really annoy me. Gil is the type of player that is motivated by people writing him off. Thats why he wears number 0 and has an addidas shoe campaign behind that. So to the farweather fans out here....Keep hating on Gil to fuel an even more historical comeback. DC STAND UP!

Looking at the Cavs roster right now....to have the 3rd best record in the NBA is a testament to LeBrons greatest. Because a few of their players in their 8 man rotation would have a hard time even making the Lakers team this year. With that said, if they make a move to obtain Amare, theyre my favorite to win it all. No longer will good teams be able to neutralize LeBron by forcing him to pass to his mediocore supporting cast, excluding Mo Williams.

As a Wizards fan who watches most of their games, Eddie Jordan was the last person I would contribute to our 1-10 start. We dont have the roster currently to fully implement what Jordan wanted, which is DEFENSE and BALL CONTROL. The only player in our roster who gives it defensively night in and night out is Caron Butler. Dixon tries but his size is a problem and McGee shows excellent promise but hes still a rookie. Its a shame the coach has to pay for the inabilities of his players to perform as they should. Ive always respected Jamisons game, but I never liked it. Though he'll give you 20 & 10, hes gonna give up 20 & 10 on the other side of the ball as well. To me we need to find a legit interior presence on BOTH sides of the ball and stress Gil (when he returns) to become a truer point guard and distributer with an emphasis on man to man DEFENSE. Other than Gil, Caron, Nick Young and McGee, everybody on that team is expendable! I'd love to see Chris Bosh or Amare Stoudamire in a Wizards jersey with Caron Butler and Nick Young.

Questioning D. Halls talent as a Corner based on his 8 games in Oakland is just like how people question Randy Moss's ability when he played in Oakland....HELLO PEOPLE! OAKLAND! Players of todays league find it hard to go out on the limb and play hard for a struggling franchise. Its sad but true. Players become disinfranchised and quit on plays on losing teams just to collect paychecks because they realistically dont want to be there. Your lying if your saying D Halls first 3 years with the Falcolns, when they winning, he wasnt one of the best. On a good team like my SKINS hes a pro browler again.

I will never understand that pick. They already had Aldrige as an interior presence. All they needed was a feared scorer on the wing to compliment Roy. Durant to me should have been their #1 pick. If so they would be a playoff lock right now. Now instead the face the fait of picking another Sam Bowie. Oden didnt show me anything in college against 6'7 opponents that would grant him my #1 pick. And when he played against players of his own size, ie. final 4 game vs Georgetowns Roy Hibbert, he got OUT PLAYED! Durant was a championship away from having the greatest freshman year in NCAA history....How do you not pick him #1!!!!

You probably would want Peyton Manning arrested for life. But my point is not about you and your beliefs, its about the "majority" beliefs and this bias US justice system. If Peyton Manning commited the same crime he would not face the same fate as Michael Vick. Matt jones just got caught with an once of COKE and he's only getting community service!!! ****!!! I have a friend who lives in SC and breads doggs for sale. When this Michael Vick insident happened he called me and expressed how Vick was getting a raw deal because 98% of his clientel are WHITE men for the intrest of DOGG FIGHTING. The media fails to mention how Vick restored hundreds of doggs to health and found them new homes....Explain to me why this isnt mentioned??!! Im tired of my people being label as "thugs" and used as examples for the BS whites get away with on a daily baises. Its a shame. Like I said...They dont have enough room in jail anymore for the real criminals.

Vick deserves a second chance in the NFL just like any other individual whose been in jail b4. Come on now...Its for f**king dogg fighting. He didnt even physically participate in it himself; he only provided the venue and sancioned the events. There are only 2 reasons this man has been devalued so much for such a petty crime which people dont want to admit....1.) He's an athlete and 2.) He's black....Yeah I said it! Its a shame in 2008, they dont have enough room in jails for the real criminals....Lil Wayne said it best on Tha Carter III "Dontgetit"

In my unbias opinion the kid McGee has a greater offensive arsenal then Dwight Howard ever had. Especially at only 19 years old. Dwight depends solely on his athletisism to get buckets. However, it just so happens no other center in the NBA comes close to his athletic ability. Were not gonna see how good DH really is until he doesnt have his athletic ability to fall back on all the time. The boy JaVale can shoot out to about 15 ft comfortably; has a nice hook shot and pretty decent with his back to the basket. He can even put it on the floor to be so big. None of these things Dwight Howard could do at 19 or even now.

How do you not take a player who's had one of the greatest college seasons of all time....How many guards have we seen come and go in the draft that had "POTENTIAL." I think scouts are dwelling on Rose's athletecism (which won't be maximized playing point guard) and not focusing on his lack of shooting ability, and ability to run a half court offense. M. Beasley is the best player in this draft by far and hes going to make the Bulls pay for not selecting him #1. Mark my words....

Ive been saying this for a long time. If you look back in history, the NBA became a soap opera, much like the WWE, once Jordan came into the league and they signed multi billion dollar broadcasting deals with TNT. The league is going to make they show & promote the teams who have the faces that we want to see. And owners of certain teams have alot more influence and power than what we think. Storied franchises like the Lakers, Bulls, Knicks, etc. with alot of money and fan pull never stay on the bottom long. There is a reason for this.....MONEY. At the end of the day, David Sterns job is to make the MOST MONEY POSSIBLE FOR THE NBA. And hes going to do WHATEVER neccesary inorder that this is accomplished. I REPEAT! WHATEVER NECCESARY!
