Detriot looks so fast out there the past two games. Chicago is skating on quicksand it seems. Still ain't over yet but this is shaping up to be an awesome series.
A smothering the puck penalty with 2 minutes to go to give the Kings a two-man advantage seems absolutely atrocious. I didn't see the play, but I'd be livid if I were a Sharks fan.
Thanks DWI - I didn't see it and I was avoiding FN altogether!
It was a good series and I think the experience is going to help the Isles in the long run. Not only the players, but the coach. Maybe that mullet-wearing Capuano is the answer....
I feel your pain. Isles had a one goal lead with 6 minutes to go. That's where the inexperience shows. Guys that haven't been there before get rattled and the calmer teams prevail.
I will say I am quite bothered by all the "What's wrong with Pittsburgh" crap being passed around. More credit should be thrown the Isles way and more people should recognize that this is a team that went 11-1-4 the last 15 games of the season. No small feat.

There's always next year.....
