Letting Holliday go got them Carlos Gonzalez - a much better player. Not a good insight on your part. And I agree - the Rockies are right in the thick of the NL West and there's no reason for them to be sellers at this point, especially with Troy Tulowitzki and Dexter Fowler both coming back from injuries this weekend.

Posted Saturday May 12, 2012, About: Magic: Mike Brown will be fired if Lakers lose to Denver
Let's go Nuggets! You can do this! Here's my prediction for the game tonight. Follow this closely and you'll see how the Nuggets win this series and move on to the next round. Ready...here it goes;

It's a back and forth game all night, lots of physical play and the Nuggets trying their best to keep running and trying to wear the Lakers down. It's a tie game with just a few seconds left. Lakers have the ball and call a timeout to plan their final shot. Javale McGee's mom, Pam McGee, who has been a presence in the stands throughout the series is seated very near the Lakers bench. During the Lakers timeout, she starts yelling at Metta World Peace, who is in the huddle with the Lakers planning their final play of the game. Metta World Peace is obviously annoyed with her and keeps looking up at her in the stands during the team huddle. Finally she says something to him that sends him over the top. Reaching his boiling point, he rushes into the stands, knocking a referee over in the process, and puts Pam McGee into a headlock and is rearing back with his fist, ready to punch her in the face. Pam McGee grabs World Peace and flips him completely over her back into the seats behind her. After she punches him three or four times in the face, World Peace is helpless and limp, sprawled across 2 or 3 seats in the stands. A technical foul is called on World Peace for going into the stands and attacking a fan (again), as well as knocking down a referee. The Nuggets are awarded two free throws and possession of the ball. Ty Lawson calmly sinks both free throws to give the Nuggets a 2-point lead, and the ball. They inbounds the ball and the clock runs out before the Lakers can do anything. Nuggets win the series and move on to play OKC in the next round! Pam Mcgee is awarded the game ball by George Karl as Metta World Peace is taken out of the arena on a stretcher, while handcuffed by the L.A. police.

Posted Wednesday November 09, 2011, About: Tebow may run option full-time in Denver
If that helps them win games, why does it matter what kind of offense they run? Tebow has certain skills and those skills should be used to the Broncos advantage. He played that way for four successful years at Florida, so it's worth a shot. There is definitely a greater chance of injury in the NFL with that style of offense for the QB - but hey - it's football - it's a tough game! If that's how Tebow and the Broncos can be successful, go for it!

Peter Forsberg baby!!! Peter Forsberg!!!

He's practicing with the team today!

Give Tebow a chance! There's absolutely nothing to lose this season! His first game was very respectable - just think if the Broncos had a running game to take some pressure off of him. Two big plays...so I'm holding out hope......
