the player from 2000-2010 would win, mainly because of the bench (wade an pierce are better than miller and hill) plus garnett size and energy make him a better fit coming out of the bench than barkley. Iverson and Nowitski would be really dificult to match for the player of the 90's.
the only problems could be selfishness (kobe could try to shine too mush before jordan, Iverson could try to score all the points, shaq would demand to have the ball every posetion), softness (pierce would cry after every contact, howard could not take the manly game in the paint from the 90's) and finally leadership (everybody would like to be "the man", while in the 90's team would be the real and only king of basketball MJ).
