Utbb - that may be the case, but would you like to see Ohio State in the NC game without playing a ranked team at years end? Currently Michigan is 20 and Wisconsin is 23. Michigan loses next week they are out - and same for Wisconsin. Also, Ohio State won't have played a single team that's goin to a BCS bowl. Competition will knock out the teams that arn't meant to be there. It would have been tragic to see OSU in the title game with who they played.

If a team wins the conference and loses all non conference games - thats a hell of an out of conference schedule.
