The Giants certainly are. Killdrive is dreadful, and dials up the same offense every week, without any new wrinkles or schemes. Perry Fool can't make an adjustment. As Coughlin said, they are playing soft, and giving up the middle and big plays around the corners. Eli has been playing like crap since the 49ers game. If he thinks he's 100%, he's in denial. Corey Webster, who was a shutdown corner the last two years, looks like a sleepwalker. And the D-line has been getting beaten at the line of scrimmage for the last month. Someone else also noted that Diehl is over the hill and gives up sacks because he has no speed or mobility. Beatty's not much better. The only things the Giants have going for them are that Nicks seems to be getting healthy again, and Prince Amukamara is finally playing solidly. That and the fact that the rest of the NFC East is even worse. They'd best get it together during the bye week, and work on execution, protection, and coming up with some stunts and new routes, or they will be gone in the first round of the playoffs.
Genghis Khan (/????????????s ??k????n/ or /??d??????????s ??k????n/,[4][5] Mongol: [t??i??????s xa????] ( listen); 1162? ??? August 1227), born Temujin, was the founder and Great Khan (emperor) of the Mongol Empire, which became the largest contiguous empire in history after his demise.
Wishful thinking on his mama's part. This guy can't conquer a pile of Cheese Puffs.
nonetheless, I still think Cutler's an overrated crybaby.
AMEN! so far this season, I've watched about half a dozen games, each with several obvious, badly blown calls. Some of them were game changers. And as many bad calls as were made, at least twice as many non-calls were completely missed, obvious holding, offensive and defensive pass interference, a couple of roughing the kicker/passer non-calls, and at least one game where a wimpy ref was intimidated by a coach into NOT making a call. they're ATROCIOUS, and Goodell deserves to be horse-whipped for allowing this to get out of hand. BRING IN THE REAL ZEBRAS, and not these black and white HORSES' ASSES!!!!
Shanahan did a good job of cleaning house there the last couple of years- they tossed most of the bad examples and discipline problems: Smoot (his tantrums and late hits killed them with penalties), Me Angelo Hall, Crybaby Portis, McFlab, and of course, Fat Albert. they have a fairly solid core of guys now that don't seem to mind earning their keep.
Vick's streakier than just about anybody. But the Gmen have been on the receiving end when he was hot, so I respect what he's capable of doing when he's on his game. I don't think anyone should expect him to be there long-term, however.
Vick was going to back up Kolb. Remember how that turned out? Now everyone has footage of Vick. It's inevitable that he'll get knocked around some more, I'd start looking for someone to back up Foles.
50, Killdrive stinks, and calls a very predictable game. They win in spite of him, on Eli's arm and reads, and the guys that have showed up the last few seasons (Nicks, Cruz, Manningham, Smith). Hixon looks good when he's healthy. I don't think Barden, Scott or Jernigan will ever cut it as pros. Wilson needs to get some time in before they kick him to the curb, likewise Randle- where was he last week? I also have to question their strength/conditioning coach and trainers. They've been the most injury prone team in the league for years! i also assert that if they woke up and put real grass down at Met Life stadium, they'll add YEARS to these guys' careers.
Better than average player, but a liability because of his enormous ego and poor decisions off the field. I really don't see him having a long career in the NFL, unless he learns some humility. the babysitters can't be everywhere. Grow up, Dez.
Gee, I thought he was going to be The Second Coming, or was it "The Saviour?" Fickle Jest fans already sour after 1 lousy game... you'll be screaming for him and for Sanchez' head if they choke against the Steelers....which they WILL.
A personal thank you to Jay Cutler for proving every word I said about him to be true, and then some. To the clown shoes that said I don't know anything about football, my response is- "has made a career out of underperforming in big games'- 4 picks- check. "he'll spend a lot of time picking himself off the turf."- 7 sacks- check. "whiny."- started screaming at the O line in the first quarter, shoves an offensive tackle on the sidelines.- check. "Packers by double digits.' Green Bay 23, Chicago 10.- check Matt Forte- lousy blocking, out early, not a factor.- check. And how 'bout the steaming BM Brandon Marshall laid in the end zone dropping a sure 6?
I am now gleefully looking forward to watching the beagles get drubbed by the Ravens Sunday.
um...Crimson's been around since '68, on and off. Porcupine Tree is somewhere between them and Pink Floyd. Likewise, Gabriel was the original Genesis vocalist (when they didn't SUCK, back before they became the PFill Collins Pop Band), been on his own since 1978. You recall "In Your Eyes?" "Solsbury Hill?" "Don't Give Up?" "Red Rain?" Hardly screaming...
If the GMen don't contain Griffin and Morris, it could be a long night.
Otherwise, GMen by a nose- 31-27.

Sorry about your QB.
Cutler looked worse last night than I ever could have expected. As did Marshall.
Pack by double digits, as promised.

'Trane is MAGIC. Only Ellington and Pops may have been more influential in jazz over the last 100 years.

"JUST THE FACTS, MA'AM."
