Okay, 2 things, 1. Garrard is not that good of a QB he just had a lucky year, i don't think he is an actual quality QB tho. 2. why would they pay someone more money than many of the top QB's make in the sport. He has only been a starter 1yr. This just proves that the Jags are just as naive and cash crazy as the raiders who have been wasting money on players of the like as Javon walker who are injured and will probably never regain former status.
