They were one of the teams where the Knicks offered Amare "for free". (only need to get contracts to fit) The Cavs smartly wouldn't do it. (at least a couple of other teams also)
The last 2 years the Cavs took someone completely against the projections/mock drafts. (Thompson -- projected at 8-15 ... Waiters -- never started a college game -- projected around 7-12)
The Cavs could go against the consensus pick.
I doubt some of the proposed trades would be accepted by other teams.
I doubt any NBA team including the Knicks would like to be forced to take a joint package. I think JR will probably be back with Knicks -- but without strings/brothers attached.
One of Lincoln's favorite jokes ... an officer was going off to fight in War of 1812. His wife made a banner for his uniform ... surprised him with it ... it say "Liberty or Death". He told her it sounded a little strong ... how about "Liberty or be Mamed" ?

I think they need to make a couple of moves (Center, wing) -- they have the pieces to offer.
In the mid-1990s, Washington DC had many issues and bad reputation. (Marion Berry, high crime rate, etc.)
During that time, they thought they should change their team name because it reminded people too much of crime.
So they proposal was to change their name to the "Maryland Bullets".

someone should remind JR that the series isn't over yet.
I've read 10-12 books on Lincoln. Funny guy ... was great with the anecdotes to get across his point.
(but then he got up -- not hurt)
