What exactly do the NFL Rules have to do with Brady's toughness? I dont get it Rodney. Before having a linebacker intentionally jump at his knees last year, he hadn't missed a start in his entire career.

The guy has never gotten a chance. Oh wow, he didnt do well against the Ravens. No bleep. Peyton Manning would look like crap against the Ravens. What do NFL coaches not get. If you dont have a better alternative, let the young guy stay in there and see if he can develop some chemistry with his team. When a coach changes a QB its just him trying to act as if he isnt the problem, this is especially true with the idiot Mangini.

No, Meyer is one of those coaches who if he doesnt beat a team 50-0 he starts to get worried about the BCS polls not thinking his team is dominant enough. So he tries to put it out there that his team is ill so voters will keep that in mind when trying to figure out why they only beat Tennessee 23-13. Kiffin might be a blowhard but he is right in this case.

Detroit wouldn't "lose in a landslide" seeing that Rondo is the best player in the deal by far. Stucky showed he was a playoff fluke last season when he was giving much playing time and didnt do anything special. I dont believe the Celtics would trade Rondo, I think this is just a rumor probably started by Detroit.

I find it amazing how much sports teams will put up with from players who have slightly above average talent. Especially in the NFL where the contracts arent guaranteed. They should have cut Plaxico immediately after the gun charge, especially considering he wasnt doing much of anything last year anyways. But no, instead they suspend him for the rest of the year, beg him to return phone calls the next year. "Oh god, Plaxico, please call us back, we need your 2 catches for 60 yards and 3 dropped passes a game so bad!!" Then they finally release him only after it looks like he will have to do some jail time. WRs are a dime a dozen in the NFL, they shouldnt have any leverage whatsoever. You think Bill Belichick or Mike Tomlin would be begging Plaxico to call them back?
