Charlie Weiss is NOT the problem at Notre Dame. Unlike a lot of top notch college programs, ND students are required to go to class and learn. How many ND players drop out after two years and attempt to turn pro? Guys, this is not LSU or Alabama. These kids are there for an education, as well as to play football.
