Gradakowski is really not that bad. He is way more accurate then Russell and at least understands when he needs to run with the ball and when he needs to get rid of it. If i was any other team I would not want him as my starter but since i am a Raiders fan I wish they would put him in. I knew the season was over as soon as we cut Jeff Garcia and don't understand why we don't resign him to be our starter. I was sure he would be starting by week 5.

Barkley is right on the money. NY sucks and it starts with the coach and the horrendous draft picks they have made the last 3-4 years. D'Antoni is not a good coach he was just lucky enough to have a good team (PHX) so he was not exposed but with the underachieving Knicks it is easy to see. Any team who brings Darko in is not trying as hard as they can to win.

I don't see why they don't try to convert him to WR? Unless maybe he isn't interested in that. As far as the crime he committed, I think everybody should be over it by now but some will never move on. The obvious answer for why he isn't playing is that simply put, he isn't that good. when he gets in the game he does absolutely nothing but that isn't all his fault either. you can't just put a guy in for 5 plays a game and expect him to be outstanding. he has to have time to build a rhythm. Kolb did awesome when he was in why mcnabb was hurt, why don't they put him in every now and then?

Lebron's "new moves" aren't going to suprise anybody or make him any better or change his game at all. The media will jump all over it though and eat it up saying that "his game has been taken to the next level with moves like that" and things of that nature. This is the NBA, there are no moves that players haven't seen a million times before.

I think Larry Brown is a basketball god and should be the next commish but I like the NBA having different rules. I don't know about playing any defense they want though but I'm sure they would tweak the rules just like they did for the zone defense so the big guys just can't sit there in the paint. I wouldn't mind seeing a box and 1, or triangle and 2, or even the old 1-3-1, just as long as it doesn't slow the game down and take away from the scoring. I like high-scoring games as opposed to defensive ones.

that might be true but i see GS losing a lot if games this year if it is....I mean, they are gonna lose a lot anyways but i mean even more. I see them losing about 50 games this year. 32-50 or maybe even 24-58.

quinn aint bad his whole team is and he didnt get much of a chance. they quit on him immediately. Anderson sucks just as bad so they would be better of going with the younger quinn and letting him learn along the way if you ask me but i guess they want to suck so they can try to get a new qb in the draft.

i dont think so...Jay owns like 2% of that team but gets marched out for publicity cuz he is recognizable but Jay knows nothing about basketball. If Lebron lets that influence his decision he is crazy, not just stupid.

Lebron is not going to the Knicks or the Nets unless he is stupid. It is a pipe dream. Just because some billionaire bought the team doesn't mean their chances improved at all. They may have even dropped some. There are salary caps and luxury taxes that teams must pay and this guy may be a little more willing to pay them then ratner was but nobody knows that and even so nobody can pay him more then the cavs can (i think that is correct). He is on a great team making tons of $$$ near his hometown. I think he has everything he needs and wants.

i totally agree. As an unemployed citizen of the only state still without a budget (PA) I find this to be insane. Politicians don't care if their state has any money or not, they all live by the motto "It takes money to make money" but seems like all they have been doing is taking money.

it does sound like any other business but you see how people reacted to the CEOs at AIG and every other company giving raises during the recession and if you go down your tree a little further the refs would be on one of those branches also. i dont support the refs I'm just saying they also work for the company.

seriously who would want to play in the D-League after the NBA? that is like the UFL trying to get Vick before he signed with the eagles. Marbury would dominate every player in that league with no problem. That's like Mike Schmidt playing in your local twilight league or something like that...well maybe not quite like that since Michael Jack is one of the greatest but you get what I'm saying.

i dont recall rocky balboa serving in the military and that statue is a staple of philly....although walter payton did shoot somebody before, albeit an accident, maybe that has something to do with it...but i doubt it. this guy is a jerk for not putting a statue of him there.

True that since oakland went to the superbowl we have lost the most games in the NFL but i believe that SF is 2nd in that category and oakland is on the rise. We made a smart move by not drafting his diva ass and SF should have done the same hater.
