If anything, the Magic look very nice for years to come. After next year they can dump Nelson and Harrington (if not sooner) and they will have MAJOR cap space to chase some vet FA's. Not to mention the great young pieces they already have on their roster.

He did a good job of putting the right players in the right spots to maximize LeBron's ability. That deserves some kudos. He hung in there after that wreck of a 2011 Finals and got it done.
