Mo takes his teams into the playoffs?!?! You're kidding right? Without LeBron, the Cavs would never make the playoffs. LeBron's the one who took the Cavs to the playoffs. How is he a "proven winner?" He never took Milwaukee to the playoffs either. I'm not saying that Mo's garbage, but he's not someone who can take a team into the playoffs.
