OP, I suspect him strongly. He did hit 24 homeruns four years ago, but he then had 13 in his last year with the Sox and 12 in his first year with Philly, and suddenly he hits 27 again. Looks like an off and on user to me. This is the fate of baseball players in this era, they are all under suspicion if they deviate too much from their history, sort of the Brady Anderson/Luis Gonzalez syndrome. He goes from Punch and Judy for two seasons to a slugger all of a sudden? And I hate the Cubs but not the White Sox, who I root for against everyone except the Giants, so there is no bias there. I just don't want to see him back with the Sox. And we'll see when the Mitchell List comes out.

HGH Rowand, but he had a doctor's prescription, like Paul Byrd and Matt Williams. Look how much bigger he is as a Philly compared to his White Sox days. And US Cellular Field is much smaller than, say, Pac Bell or Petco and only a little larger than the Philly bandbox.
