and questioning his record?... don't be mistaken, big nog was in his prime when fedor dominated him... mirko was in his prime when fedor dominated him... even arlovski had been looking better then anyone had seen him in ages when fedor dropped him... fedor's record is unparalleled in mma, i don't see how that is debatable

i don't get why people think fedor has to prove anything... ask anyone in the ufc's heavyweight ranks, who's the best, fedor... who do you aspire to fight, fedor... and the best part about fedor is he doesn't care about his legacy, he just takes whatever fight is best for him and fights... next, as for the negotiations, i think the biggest hang up has to do with the ufc can't leave as the champion, but your contract can get ripped up at any time clause... if fedor comes in, and i know brock lesnar is a big guy, athletic and on and on, but lets be realistic, at least 7 times out of 10, fedor wins that fight and becomes the champion... and then what? he defends a couple of times and is unable to leave... why would a guy who doesn't care about the hype accept these terms?

there is a reason why everyone wants to talk about fedor.. he's the best. Not Couture (who i think will lose to lesnar) and not big nog (who fedor beat)... its fedor, the heavyweights are all about fedor he doesn't have to worry about his legacy, he knows it... mma fans who have been around awhile know it, thats why randy wants this fight, he knows if he hasn't fought fedor, he hasn't fought the best...

penn gassed in the first match, no question... anyone doubting his skills watch the 1st round... that being said cardio and conditioning are as important as natural ability, now that penn is focused and gsp seems to be improving everyday this will be an incredible fight
