I never knew any decent coach who did not start the players that gave him the best chance for his team to win.
That name is worth a bundle, but is starting to tarnish under the weight of screw ups by the Mrs.
his heavy handed tactics vs ego has finally caught up to him.
this was just a stupid move.
Team leaders do NOT reside in the front office.... but on the field where the battle is raged.
i respect bill parcells, but he will regret this move.
I say if he threw some management fossil to the ground, it was because he KNEW he was holding out on him and trying to turn some screws.
Manny could get a hit/rbi blindfolded.
Just don't mess with the mans respect.
i am sure that there is so much more to this story that we are not hearing/reading.
just surfing for draft picks.
even if he does come back,
the Packers are going to get smacked down.
Last year was a "THING"... not the "NORM".
i do wish him health and luck though as i still have my father.
Packers need to cut the cord.
Brett needs to act like a millionaire and sue someone if they defame him,
I would.
and it's right.
PUNISHMENT
God will inflict his in the end,
HE SHOULD TAKE WHAT IS HIS NOW !
i know i didn't spell his name right, but if Budweiser can be bought out,
why not NASCAR ?
it would be a better sport with him.
All he touches is GOLD BABY... and i never met the man.
It's about time.
I hope this inspires him to bring more passion to the game.
i always thought he could be a stud.
He needs to start imposing his will instead if crying because he's traded.
I think the Nuggestheads will rue the day they let him walk away.
Can Man,
COMMENCE WITH THE BEATINGS
or wimp out.
he is a game changer when he wants to be and stays focused.
It will take the heat off of A-Rod as the wrath of the New York media can follow him around for the second half of the season.
This deal is better for the Yankees then it looks.
I'm not a Yankees hater, but if they really are a "bought team" as i have said for years, why not bring in the biggest free agent bat sitting there rotting...and besides, if Bonds fails, the media will just tear him into little strips.
NOW
because he testified before congress, he is open to a full frontal assault.
He really didn't think this thing through.
He is either rolling over his legal team and doing things against their wishes, or he is getting the worst legal advice in history.
Even mafia members, who could have gone to the chair, knew to never lie to his lawyer.
EVER.
Just lay it out there.
Newman gets the right deal, and he will be a force.
I like Tony Stewert, but i think he will get swamped as an owner / driver.
I feel nothing for this guy.
Come back, REDEEM yourself, and you will be forgiven.
Killing dogs because they lose a fight?
Great.
I hope this man comes back and is great, i really do... but right now... he ain't getting any Love.
$100+ million dollar contract and he's broke.
F'in
F up.
They are 200+ miles from Pittsburgh and 200+ miles from Philly and nobody local digs into there "recruiting".
They are located in the middle of freakin' nowhere and just do as they please.
I lived there for 35 years and saw many a player driving "leased" cars... like BMW's, Audi's, Mercedes.
This is fact.
I know where the "football frat house" was on campus.. they didn't even try to hide it.
This isn't the 80's so I'm sure the kids are getting cash.
By the way, how come they had to sue Penn State to release Paterno's salary?
I welcome your thought so I can whip your ****.
This guy wants it all and could end up like D.W. and regretting the day he ever wanted to run his own team.
Ask the "bought out" Petty's who had to sell out their name if it's worth it !
Stupid is as stupid does.
This guy is not needed in any locker room.
Want proof ?
His own team pimped him out for the home run record to put fans in the stands and then wouldn't touch him.
Case closed.

If Ed's swimmers hadn't hit mama's eggs, Steve would have been on the chain gang on the sidelines
He was never a good host and should have shut it down and passed the torch years ago.
Nothing personal (see Bryant Gumble) he just sucks.
The NFL Network is a killer.
If they start pulling games in house on the NFL network, people will start to embrace the PIMP/**** relationship the NFL has with it's own fans.
