It all starts at the top, Who's in charge of the Nuggets front office? No one knows, right? Does the coach have the passion and intelligence to lead today's younger NBA players and convince them to play defense? The answer to that question is obviously "NO".

They're not "Crazy", but disfunctional! there's like no "ONE" in charge at the Nuggets front office! They have three different guys who are on totally different pages and not to mention "Silent" Stan who we never know what he's thinking...

the "Truth" is Pierce had never won anything before Garnett and Allen showed up in Boston, He should not throw stones since Melo at least has won an NCAA Basketball Championship.

Melo has burned alot of bridges here in Denver with all his off the court troubles, specially with George Karl another "No Defense" mentality who should also go.

Ted Sunquist is the classiest person around these days, he took all the hits for Shanahan and got none of the credit for the successes. If Shanahan had listened and followed some of Ted's advice maybe the Broncos would be doing alot better...
