They should have added the rule to stay away from momma. His own family seems to be his biggest problem. Can't get away from the problems if you continue to visit with them.
Not playing it because it was a token attempt at showing tolerance. The fact that teams and not the NFL are doing this shows that it isn't a relevant issue for the NFL or MLB. The reality for these issues is that there isn't any money in it for the leagues. Until then, it's viewed as less than civil unrest in a third world country. Maybe if ESPN or SI does an editorial on the topic then one of the leagues may begin to feel a bit of pressure. Or Tom Brady needs to come out.
Not just any girl either. Anyone that says she's getting old must not have reached 30 yet because I'd gladly be hitting the waiver wires for her if I could afford to.
At this point, the Bears are slightly better than the Vikings. Management hasn't been great in years. Cutler is still being considered the savior and has proven nothing. Urlacher is still their best option in the middle. The O Line offers up as much protection as a slice of swiss cheese. They have a coach who would rather stick with the status quo than make bold moves (still puzzled by "Rex is our Quarterback.")
Rebuilding is the operative word in Chicago. They started in January by getting rid of Angelo and hiring new GM Emery. They should have taken steps during the draft. Give them a year to evaluate and then lots of offseason work to become competitive again. I expect this to be Urlacher's gimme year and an opportunity to rework his contract and stay on as the mentor for the youth movement.
Hope he gets some good looks. As much as I hate listening to Costas, he even mentioned the idea of Bolt getting a tryout; however, Bolt's getting a workout with Manchester United.
DD, funny how a depth chart works for different teams. Consider the Pats or Pack and their success with back-ups and then teams that can't lose a single piece without crumbling.
Nope. She's filed for divorce. If TO actually makes the Seahawks, he owes Chad a recruiting visit. Didn't Chad get TO the shot in Cincy? Maybe they can be roomies.
We've all seen Revis say that about Tebow already. And, you're right about how they keep stats; no differentiation. Until they decide to have separate records for TEs and WRs.
Tim will tell you that a win in practice is still a win. Additionally, he's beginning to convert Sanchez who will one day become a faithful Tebowner, too.
Looking forward to seeing some positive change for this franchise. I'd like to see the AFC North just be a full-on beast division with four teams that are competitive.
Seattle basically hit the offseason without a QB. They needed a few pieces. Not saying what they did isn't questionable but maybe Flynn is the guy and they can either develop Wilson enough to have some good trade value. Both have some upside and a lot of ??? but when you have nothing, it may be better to take the John Gruden approach and start collecting.
I think SMART, aging players learn what they must do to remain competitive and viable. I wouldn't previously call Jacobs smart but if he's recognizing what he must do to be a key part of the 9ers O then maybe he's catching on. I don't think Harbaugh would keep him around for too long if he wasn't willing or able to adjust his game.
Charles Woodson is playing more S this season for the Pack because he knows he's losing speed against receivers but still is a menace in secondary coverage. Just because he's aging doesn't mean he can't still be effective if he recognizes what he needs to change.
DD, I won't argue a season's stats with you because that is how the season ended. But, I have a difficult time calling Graham or Gronkowski or any other exceptional TE a WR based purely on stats. I'm not saying my way is right or wrong but you're a TE or you're a WR.
I say that because if you're building a team and looking for WRs, you're not going to look at a TE to fill that spot. That guy is marketed as a TE for a reason, whether it's size and blocking ability or the fact that maybe he's a bit slower and can't be considered a viable downfield threat but has great hands and can handle the contact over the middle. Primarily, I guess a TE is based on size.
Don't you see the story. He was hurt; didn't play with the first string. Healthy; with the first string. There's drama everywhere in Miami. They need to call Crockett and Tubbs to figure out what's going on there.

Just my two cents.
