I don't care if it is an anomaly or not. The Pack are 8-1 and a lot of it is down to McCarthy, if nothing for nothing else that he has been able to get Brett Favre to have fun while playing yet not take risks with the football.

And by the way, Wisconsin is just as likely to get out of the Big 10 as Michigan is.

LSU could emulate Florida in terms of SEC performance next year. SEC is a better league throughout than the Big 10, so don't be surprised for the Big 10 to lose out again in the National Championship showdown.

Tell you why I have no respect for MLS. Would any of you guys respect a start up American Football league in England, stocked with players like Steve Young, Dan Marino and John Elway. And I'm not talking about them in their prime? I'm talking now. No, of course you wouldn't.

The standard of soccer in the MLS is poor. The best team in the MLS would not survive in the premiership or primera liga. I doubt they'd even survive in the French first division.

From a football perspective, Beckham has to stay in Europe. From an Icon perspective, he has to come to the US. I know which one will happen, but for his career it will be a mistake.

I totally agree with you Jojo however on the Calderon stuff you said. But Beckham is a competitor and needs the level of football that he can get in Europe.

Beckham should look to get out of his Galaxy contract. I believe he signed it while he was unfairly being frozen out at Madrid and was led to believe that his options were limited. I'd suggest he's still one of the best dead ball players in the world and to be honest, I feel that himplaying in the MLS will hurt the league more than it will help it. His salary will unbalance the dressing room and he will be resented by everyone who plays in the league.

You won't be losing games if they add a 17th regular season game at the expense of a preseason game. You know how you lot hate preseason games? glorified scrimmages with talent that wouldn't make it into the NFL? Welcome to NFL Europa.

How is it bad that you expose "america's game" to London in a better stadium than any in the NFL. How is it bad that 500000 people applied for tickets for a 90,000 seat stadium.

And the terrorist attack? Europe isn't Iraq you know. Grow up. You don't think Britain can guarantee the safety of 400 people from the NFL for a week?

As for the Superbowl moving away, thats just ridiculous. That would never happen. Too big a media event to move it out of the US. I'm not sure how it could work from a time zone point of view.
