Poorly run in the U.S.A. And its not the NHL's fault completely. American sports fans just couldn't care less about the NHL. The NHL's marketing seems to work in Canada just fine..... ANYWAYS

The exchange rate has nothing to do with it. The Canadian dollar is at .91 cents US. Its a non factor. Especially when your payroll is already 90 Million or more in US Dollars.
