The quote was taken out of context. What was meant (and everyone with a brain could figure out) was there are people out there who kill and steal and some of them have gotten a second chance. Some have gotten off scot-free (OJ anyone?).

If you want him to stay healthy, you shouldn't put him on the field anymore than you have to, especially if he's been injury-prone playing one position. It's not like SC's secondary is garbage and Joe would provide a significant boost in talent.
