Here's the deal, someone needs to look into what this speaker has received from Mystic Lake. "Donations" go a long way in killing somethings that's as much of a no brainer as having White Earth pay for the stadium, the casino and then splitting the profits 50-50. Its a no lose for MN but they still killed it because it would mean a MAJOR competitor to Mystic Lake just miles north and in down town. I smell a RAT and he sits at the head of the table in Minnesota politics. There is a reason that the head of Mystic lake is called crook and it has nothing to do with his last name, which by the way is Crooks.
