Hmmm, Joe Pa. One of if not the greatest of all college football head-coaches. The mere mention of Penn State is to have such an iconic name such as Joe Paterno attached to the university. With that being said how can or at what point do you replace the legend and not only that I think the university itself does not want to have to go through the hiring process.
