They need to just add back in the Big East leftovers. Make one super conference (call it Conf USA) w/ 2 divisions (big east and mtn west). Winners of each divisions play, that winner gets BCS bid.

Adding Nova is a joke. They need to bring East Carolina into the fold. The Pirates got stiffed on the last few expansion deals. And still maintain a consistant 50K per home game. (2nd most in football for a non BCS school). This is a no-brainer.
