Rondo is a good young point guard with a bright future but he still needs a veteran to help him grow as a player learn from that veteran player so when Rondo is put in that situation later in his career he knows exactly how to handle it maybe a Sam Casell and definitely NOT a gary payton the last thing this team needs is a mini payton ruining their championship chances
