You guys are morons....sanchez knows the pro offence better then most pro qbs. let his playing do the talking....then you can make a fair criticizm. as a jet fan i think we blew it. sanchez for elam ratliff and coleman plus our first and second?? whos lining up on other side of ellis and jenkins? Whos blocking te? the #1 receiver will be? we threw all these choices away on one qb who unless he performs like tom brady will be nothing more then another bogus draft. right now i wish i knew what this kid could do because as a fan who isnt there on pro days, seems to steep a price on a team who hasnt even let the rookies on the team get a chance. 8 games, no way to tell what hes capable of. brett ratliff was awesome in preseason last yr, wish the way I am to find out his capabilities wasnt with another team. the draft in my opinion is a let down as to so many needs now ,in fact....more needs then when we came into the draft. sanchez you better play well!

you guys are ridiculous....hes a good pitcher one that will make a difference in ANY bullpen and if that wasnt true then boston wouldnt have made an attempt to get him. roger clemens sucks? cmon now just because your talent will never even reach single a status do not mock a man that at 45 can strike out 22 24 yr olds like it wasnt hard for him. Give the man and yankees a break.....its not our fault we have won 26 world series

ok who are you people trying to leave a BS comment like that on this page.....he deserves his money regardless, the man paid for insurance and should get what he payed for without question.....im sure "sweetwill" knows of his knee status and that makes his "speaking out his arse" makes sence. I dont want him to retire, although it may happin ,imagine if somehow someway his knee worked again and we had thomas jones and curtis martin lining up behind pennington cotch and coles! that would be bittersweet

Im glad that even though boston is winning that all that is talked about is yankees...it doesnt matter what you guys do until you leave the al east you will always be living in yankees shadows, but thats what you get when your in a division wich hosts the 26 time world series champs....get used to it chumps!

I will tell you exactly whats funny! You guys have gotten so use to not winning a world series that not expecting to win every single one, is ok with you. 26 world series wins , and were wrong to believe we cant make it there every year? THATS FUNNY! Call us stick in the mud fans call us what you want but believe this if we didnt expect great things fom the yankees then we might as well call ourselves bosox fans or tiger fans! Furthermore a-rod is only a-rod, pitching is and has been our downfall since roger clemens left in 02 . I dont blame a-rod i blame the 7 pitchers who went on the dl list within a month span. I dont agree with the yankee fans that blame anyone other then the pitching staff, but at the same time I will not accept mediocracy. This is the greatest mlb team in history of the game, live up to atleast a playoff standard and I will not gripe!
