Spurrier is still bitter that UT wouldnt let him play for them, despite being a a stud HS player right down the road from knoxville.

Good thing he keeps his boys in line though, right? A 5th suspension for most players means a dismissal, but not for Ole Stevie's Golden boy Garcia. For all those people claiming tha Shaw is the man in wiaitng...he obviously isnt if Spurrier will continually allow Steven " I love to get Sacked" Garcia to thumb his nose at the rules repeatedly vs kicking that piece of trash to the curb and letting Shaw take over.

The Failure to Monitor/Promote an environent of compliance charge is attached to Kiffin, not UT. UT will get some football penalties, but the fact that the NCAA levied that charge against him vs the school likely means that the penalties for FB wont be too severe.
