This does not make any sense for Denver. They would give up two of there three best players for bloated contracts and some mid-level draft picks. If I was NJ I would do it in a second.

Why is everyone hating on Melo. True he's a wannabe gang banger, but so is half of the nba. The guy averages over 25 points and shoots 50%, no other non-big man in the nba can do that. Plus his 7.5 boards and 3.5 assists are pretty good for someone who scores that much. True he doesn't play D, but that could easily be covered up if anyone else on the Nuggets could play D besides Camby.

Beasley would be a better choice. Wade always has the ball in his hand, and they aren't going to resign marion next year, so a dynamic low post/anywhere scorer would be his best compliment.

Wade is a pansy and his team is tanking on purpose for Beasley or Rose. Maybe if he learned to play without just randomly throwing himself in to people and taking free throws he might play more than 50 games a season.

They are going to need to do something fancy with all their players though, between the team and their overseas players, they have way than 15 (or the 10-12 they would actually use).

Worst case is they are too scared to trade potential, then the potential busts, and they end up like Chicago.
