Two of the top candidates for Offensive Rookie of the Year are Russell Wilson and Robert Griffin III. Tell me again how black QBs don't get a fair chance in the NFL. The list of guys who were great QBs in college but couldn't cut it in the NFL isn't limited to black men. For a prime example, see: Tebow, Tim.

How is Daniel Snyder not at the top of this list? Snyder took a proud, Super Bowl winning team and turned it into what one magazine rated as the second-worst franchise (in terms of fan experience) in all of sports. As a Marylander, I hate Peter Angelos...but I DESPISE Daniel Snyder.
