Bosh is simply sick and tired of being asked by everyone where he is going. He tweeted a response to this 'news' earlier that he was laughing about the question; not the destination.
While you could ask that question when Barkley was playing - it seems that the league has changed somewhat since then. I understand sound-bites work in media but when you really look at it his question seems outdated and "cute" rather than being that insightful.
Perhaps Chicago was trying to follow the format used by Detroit/Spurs and having the sum of the parts equal up to something better than a single star player?
Being a Raptor fan I saw a lot of coverage about Garbajosa's injury and the Raptors concern ... but I'm sure that wasn't widely reported in Spain. This summer I questioned his decision to play but I totally respect his decision.
Samuel Dalembert broke his foot playing for Canada this summer and hasn't been playing up to his potential because of it. I can't applaud Samuel for his patriotism while crying that Garbajosa hurt himself playing for his country.
Just so Spanish fans know - Garbo (as we call him) is loved by Raptors fans ... whenever he played he got standing ovations when he checked into the game. I've also winced every time I see him land because it's evident that his ankle is not well and he is favouring his right leg.
Come back soon Garbo!
On a sidenote ... sometimes the xenophobia on these message boards really makes me shake my head.
