Good. She's been terrible since her FO win a few years back. She needs this.

She's also quite good looking, if nobody noticed that already.
Posted Monday November 16, 2009, About: Barca, Arsenal to swap?
This deal has the potential to be an absolute steal on Arsene's behalf. He won't take Toure or Bojan; he'll ask for 20 million and 3 or 4 academy players of his choice. He would have an absolute field day and most likely will raid them of some random 12-year-old who will be the next Fabregas in 5 or 6 years. He'll take the 20 million and spend it on some other never-heard-of central midfielder who will also become world class and so on and so fourth... Wenger is a genius, he'd take the deal I propose in a heartbeat. He'd make off like a bandit as well.

Maybe because Mario Gomez sucks on the international stage...? (Does Euro 2008 ring a bell?)
Posted Saturday October 24, 2009, About: American wants Euro salary cap
+1.

I think the bad thing about American investors is that they are too fair and think everything should be 100% equal. That's the wrong sporting ideology to have over there. Kraft, in essence, believes that, say, Aldershot Town (English 6th division), should have the same budget and spending power of, say, Real Madrid or Inter Milan. That's just not how things work across the pond. Because we don't have a league structure like they do, we don't understand their system, much like how they don't understand ours.
Posted Friday September 18, 2009, About: Philly stadium may not be ready in time
Make Philly's first game away to New York. Hopefully RBP will have a designated section for away fans, so it will be easy for the Philly fans to get up there. You'll have an excellent atmosphere - a new club from a city that is known for it's passionate fans against a team opening up a new stadium. That would be perfect.

Oh? Whatever, if you did say it first, cool. I don't post or read here very often, so I might have missed something. Either way he's still a ****. Italian my left nut. He's from Hoboken for god's sake.
Posted Thursday September 17, 2009, About: Murray too passive in Grand Slams?
Amen. Murray is good, no doubt, and has talent. It's just that he makes no use of his natural gifts nor his physical size (apparently he's incredible in the gym and his workouts are beyond intense - no wonder he's getting ripped!) nor does he ever act determined on court when he's up against a decent player. He bowls over and quits. What Gilbert did for his game was excellent - he calmed down on court a whole lot and developed a side of his game that didn't exist before, so now he's got a plan B that can work very well when need be. However, he's a big guy and should learn how to use a plan A effectively. He needs to develop some weapons that can really be used to hurt people. Pure defense is nothing without a potent offense. He's got the defensive aspect down. Now he just needs to learn to play offense. I've seen him play an offensive game, and he's good at it. He just doesn't want to when he's up against a good player. He plays offense against the weaker players, and it works well. If he can be taught to mix offense and defense during his matches against players that are better than he is, he'll be successful. He can do it. He's still young. He just needs to get a better coach and also to tell the British media to **** and mind their own busniess. He'll bag a slam eventually. Until then, he's just another waste of talent.

Darren can stay too because he's a genius and is one of the best tennis coaches on the planet. He knows everything there is to know about the sport and then some.
Posted Thursday September 17, 2009, About: CBS catches heat for trophy presentation
One more thing. Dick Enberg is a tool. He knows nothing about tennis, has probably never even played the sport, and is pretty much useless for anyone besides the tournament sponsors. I have zero respect for him, as he does nothing besides blabber on about things he doesn't know about AND when he's on air, he just pumps up Venus' and Serena's egos by claiming that they're the greatest thing that ever happened to American tennis. The networks love it, but anyone with a brain or a basic knowledge of tennis don't. He needs to go. I think a good broadcast team for the USO would be John Roddick, Mats Wilander, the McEnroe brothers, Bob Costas (whom I very much dislike, but I have respect for) and someone like Courior, Sampras or Agassi. MJ Fernandez can stay if she wants, but Shriver, Enberg, that guy that works for ESPN and covers all sports (Chris Fowler or something like that?) need to go.

And DelPo should have been allowed to give the acceptance speech in whatever language he's comfortable with. Look at what that actor Javier Bardem did when he won an oscar a few years back. He tried at first to convey his thoughts in English, and did as much as he could, but when his knowledge of the language ran out, he switched to Spanish to finish it all up. Everybody was happy. DelPo can do what he wants, don't chastise him for opting to learn how to place 100mph kick serves or 130+ flat bombs at will rather than to speak English.

That's because French just so happens to be Roger's native tounge. He grew up in the French part of Switzerland.
Posted Thursday September 17, 2009, About: U.S. forward to train with Arsenal
So he'd be a senior in college or a year out. Still a young kid, I think he was in the 2007 U20 World Cup. Or maybe it was 2005, but he's still very young nonetheless. Don't care if it was just for training, tons of clubs have partnerships with MLS clubs and nothing of this calibur has happened for any player save for Landy and Becks. Hopefully Wenger will take notice and spread the word, so Lee will go back to Europe where he belongs; he was SICK for his first season with PSV.

Rossi can go sod himself. I don't care about where he is or who he's playing with. He's dead to me.
Posted Wednesday September 16, 2009, About: Should Serena be suspended?
The majority of most every community is white, you idiot. There's a reason blacks are minorities. It's because there aren't as many of them as there are white people. Stop trying to make a big deal out of the fact that the sport is stereotypically white.

And don't blame the sport's status in America, either. We're all pissed at the black minority after they used "racism" to force the USTA to throw a ton of money at Donald Young, who hasn't done **** in the professional ranks. Racism for ya...
Posted Tuesday September 15, 2009, About: Should Serena be suspended?
I just came up with a better idea. Make Serena play a full schedule. She plays zero events outside of the Slams and 1 or 2 parts of the US Open series, and she has gone on record saying that she's the real #1, so why not make her back it up? I think it'd be a riot to hold her to the same standards we hold the rest of tennis professionals. She'd compalin like there's no tomorrow; and I'd be laughing my ass off the entire way through it! And best part of it all, she'd have to play Indian Wells! Imagine the hilarity that ensues during that event, if I bore witness to her ego finally stepping on court in the IW Tennis Garden with the "racist" fans booing her I think I'd **** myself laughing.
Posted Tuesday September 15, 2009, About: Should Serena be suspended?
And if YOU were a big tennis fan like you act like you are, you should be able to tell the difference between the ATP and the WTA. The ATP is lucky that Serena is playing their sport?! Double standard much? ****.
Posted Monday September 14, 2009, About: Should Serena be suspended?
To quote a poster from the Tennis Warehouse message board "it's great to see all of what Arthur Ashe worked so hard to create instantly ruined by a arrogant, trashy hood-rat **** fufilling all negative black stereotypes...who doesn't give a damn about tennis outside of the majors...finally get what was coming to her...". Look at what she and her mother said to the AP the morning of the match concerning race and all that. Brilliant stuff.

I love it how people play the race card to "get even", even though the poor linesperson was just doing her job. The linesperson's job is to call ins, outs, and footfaults. If she saw one, that's the end of it. PERIOD. Serena went apeshit and was out of line and made a death threat towards an official. Thus, Serena needs to be punished. If she was white, same thing. The race card is just a poor excuse that people play when they know they've done something bad and don't want to accept the ensuing punishment, so they use race as a device to take the blame off them and place it onto the people who are trying to enforce the rules. Absolute b u l l ****.

And for ****_'s sake she's NOT African-American; I'm sick and tired of people saying that. My cousin is African-American. His mom is from Cape Town and his dad is from Boston. That's African-American. Serena's mom is from bumble-****-all, Michigan, and her dad is from East L.A. Serena was born in Wisconsin. I don't see the African blood anywhere in there. She's black. She's American. End of story.

And I'm no racist, for the record. Yes, I play a sport that is mostly dominated by white folk. But I have no problems with players of different color skin than mine. Players like Monfils (my favorite player), Phillip Simmonds (who is a really cool guy with a ROCKET serve, and his dad is probably the nicest person I've ever met), Scoville Jenkins and Jo-Wilfred Tsonga are all brilliant and a blast to watch. I'm estatic to see minorities involved with Tennis, especially when the sport has such an eliteist, whites-only (no pun intended) stigma attached to it. The more the merrier, no matter who the more are, so to speak.

And finally. She wasn't disqualified, you misguided ****. She was defaulted one point, which just happened to be match point. She acted out of line, already was warned, and two warnings equal the automatic default of one point. That's it. She flipped out on match point, and then the point was awarded to Kimmy because that's the rules.
Posted Sunday September 06, 2009, About: Man City eyes Henry-Robinho swap
Robinho is vastly overrated. He was nothing with Real Madrid, hasn't done squat this year with City, and his position is already been taken by Messi. Barcelona wouldn't go near him.

4 eastern, on mun2 and telemundo. It's on justinTV as well, which is good. If none of those work, use atdhe.net

COME ON USA! Look for Landy to show us how good he can be while on form and expect Jozy to add one just to make the Mexicans know who's the best on CONCACAF and why a certain team whose colors are Red, White, and Green aren't going to South Africa next summer.

Ok, Mexico won. We can do one of two things:

Fire Bob Bradley, or do what the Chelsea fans did to that poor Norwegian ref following the Chelsea-Barcelona UCL semis. The referee was horrible.

I suggest going with the later.
